Follow Up Chiropractic Treatment

Service Description

This is the baseline price for follow up treatments as discussed in initial consult and evaluation. Additional services may be added as needed and discussed and agreed upon and will be due at the time of service. (This may include photo-tonic laser, acupuncture, Graston, soft tissue mobilization, ART, compression cryotherapy, and therapeutic exercises). This booking MAY NOT be used if you are a NEW PATIENT or if it has been longer than 3 months since we have last seed you. If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit or, if you are a NEW PATIENT please use Initial Chiropractic Consultation / Exam / Treatment Booking.
